Sheriff’s office seeks info on missing teen

Per the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office, Moore has been located and returned to his family.

The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Jamauel Moore. Moore, who is listed as a runaway, left his home on Nevil Creek Road in Blounts Creek on Sunday at about 8:30 a.m. and hasn’t been heard from since. Moore is 5-foot-9-inches tall and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white hoodie, black and orange Nike shoes and carrying a purple and black tote bag.
